B-town lovely Priyanka Chopra just bumped in with our star reporter at Go Bananas – Mumbai’s hot spot. Smelling a golden opportunity as Women’s Day is getting celebrated all over the world, Priyanka who has celebrated womanhood on screen with ‘Fashion’, ‘What’s Your Rashee?’ and ‘7 Khoon Maaf’ lashed out at Bollywood for being hypocrite.

Excerpts

“Priyanka! Happy Women’s Day!

“What’s so happy about the Women’ Day?” Priyanka shot back in anger.

“Why are you getting so angry about Women’s Day celebration?” asked the reporter

“I have got to be angry. There is nothing to celebrate,” Priyanka said.

“You are still angry about the debacle of 7 Khoon Maaf,” reporter asked.

“A remarkable movie is made about a brave woman taking her destiny in her hands. And the film flops. People reject it. And now they are celebrating Women’s Day. It is the height of hypocrisy. And you expect me to be happy about it and join the celebration,” Priyanka said.

“It is up to you to join or not to join the celebration. But why are getting so angry about the flopping of 7 Khoon. How do you expect the audiences to appreciate a film where a woman is shown as the serial killer of her husbands?” asked the reporter.

“You have seen what kind of husbands they were. That lame major. He wins awards for bravery in the battlefield and then torments her good wife,” Priyanka said.

“You know, I love dancing. I do a bit of tango at the Club and he goes ahead and smashes the face of my poor partner,” Priyanka continued.

“It was highly unsporting for an army officer,” she continued further.

“His sport is killing. He goes to kill a tiger as a game. I only provided food to a hungry,” said Priyanka.

“What do you mean?” asked the reporter.

“What’s wrong in feeding a vicious man to a tiger?” Priyanka asked.

“Maybe, there is nothing wrong if that bad man also happens to be your husband. But why you killed a singer and then a poet. You should have shown some consideration for artists,” asked the reporter.

“I love art and artistes. It is the reason I married them. But what you do when the handsome rock singer also turns out to be a drug addict and a womanizer,” Priyanka said.

“Why you didn’t sent him for the rehab, many celebrities have gone and recovered from there,” asked the reporter

“I believe in love conquering all and I didn’t had time and patience for a Rehab,” said Priyanka

“You believe in quick action,” asked reporter

“He loved to be intoxicated and I gave him the dose of the lifetime,” Priyanka said.

“And you celebrated his death listening to Urdu poetry,” reporter asked

“He was a unique case of a soulful wonderful poet turning out a nasty man,” Priyanka said.

“And you know very well how to be nasty with the nasty,” reporter asked.

“You know I’m a woman of great integrity,” Priyanka said.

“Sounds funny. A heroine of multiple marriages claims to be a woman of integrity,” asked reporter.

“I’m a one man woman. I never cheated when married to a man,” Priyanka said.

“If the man cheated you finished him,” reporter said.

“What else I could have done,” Priyanka said.

“You did not stop after the Russian. You went ahead and added a policeman and a doctor to your score,” reporter said.

“Well, it was my destiny,” Priyanka said.

“The much acclaimed award winner ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ also was on destiny,” said the reporter and continued by saying, “But many from Bollywood didn’t appreciated it much, some even termed it as a Bollywood masala flick in English directed by an American and acted by Indians.”

“Hypocrites,” said Priyanka as she gulped her drink and banged the glass on the table…….
